Important Instructions for Participants
1. Presentation & Attendance
- Author Limit: A maximum of two authors per paper are permitted to attend the conference.
- Mode of Attendance: This applies specifically to those who opted for In-Person (Offline) presentation during the registration process.
- Registration Kit: Only one registration kit will be provided per registered paper.
2. Additional Attendees
- Extra Authors: Co-authors or additional authors registered for Conference willing to attend the conference (beyond the two included) must pay an additional fee of ₹3,000 per head as participation charges.
- Attendee Only (Non-Author): Individuals willing to attend sessions without
presenting a paper may register as an "Attendee" for the conference. Attendee charges will be
Rs. 5000 per person.
- Date: 17th June 2026 (First day of the Conference).
- Certification: Attendees will receive an E-Certificate.
3. Food & Hospitality
- Registered participants attending the conference in person and attendees will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch, and High Tea on the Conference day (17th June 2026)
4. Important Policies
- On-the-Spot Entries: Please note that no on-the-spot registrations will be allowed. All participants must register through the portal in advance.
