A Complaint about a (real or imaginary) wrong that cause resentment and is grounds for action.
To setup the grievance cell for easy and quick reconigiation of complaint from student as well as faculty members & to investigate the reasons for dissatisfaction for student.
To ensure that students and employee with a grievance to their employment can use a procedure this can help to resolve grievance as quickly and as fairly as possible.
The committee deals with grievance received from students about any of the following matters
1. Academic Matter
Related to timely issue of duplicate mark sheet, Transfer Certificate or examination related matter.
2. Financial Matter
Related to dues and payments for various items such as from library, Hostel and Tuition fees.
3. Other Matters
Availability of transport, Related to certain misgivings about conditions of sanitation canteen problem
The Cases are attended promptly on receipt of written grievance from the students. The committee formally meets to review all cases prepares statistical reports about the number of cases, received, and attended to and No. of pending cases, if any, Which require direction and guidance from higher authorities.
