National Education Policy Workshop on Industry Institute Linkages sponsored by SPPU

Trinity Academy of Engineering Pune organized two days national level workshop on Implementation of National Education Policy 2020 - Industry Institute Linkages on 16th and 17th February in the TAE seminar hall. The main objective of this Workshop was to create awareness about the newly launched National Education Policy-2020 amongst teachers and to familiarize them with the skills to help them understand its KJ's Educational Institute TRINITY ACADEMY OF ENGINEERING, PUNE (Approved by AICTE, New Delhi, Govt. of Maharashtra & affiliated to SPPU, DTE Code: EN6634) (Accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ Grade) nuances, curriculum changes, shift in the pedagogical skills and its implementation for the 360-degree holistic development of its stake holders, the students.

PCB Designing Concept & Schematic Creation

E&TC Department conducted certified workshop on “PCB Designing Concept & Schematic Creation” on 2nd Dec 2022. The workshop has been arranged for all SE Students of E&TC; who are Interested. Approximately 51 Students Registered and Attended the Workshop .This Workshop has been conducted by Mrs. Rekha Pawar, proprietor, Arthtech Automation Services, Nigdi, Pune.( www.Arthtechs.Com ).This workshop has covered important points like, PCB Designing Concept & Schematic Creation, Building simple Schematic in Kicad Development Tool, Concept PCB Routing, Footprint Assignment, Netlist Creation, Net listing/logic import from schematic to PCB Layout, Component Placement, Manual Routing Practice, Finishing of Routing, Gerber file generation, Bill of Material(BOM) generation. All these concepts are very important for manufacturing of any circuit in Industry.

Participation in Final round of Smart India Hackathon 2022

Two teams from Trinity Academy of Engineering have been selected for the final round of the Smart India Hackathon 2022 organized by the Ministry of Education,(formerly known as Ministry of Human Resource Development) Government of India. 'Team Dynamics' from the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication will represent Trinity Academy of Engineering at Smart India Hackathon-2022 to be held in Raipur. SIH is a nationwide initiative of the government of India that provides students a platform to solve some of the pressing problems that society faces in routine.E&TC 'Team Dynamics' represents Ammaar Sayyed, Mangesh Narkhede, Aryan Kazi, Kavita Vishwakarma, Neha Bujbal, and Prerna Chachar with their mentors Mr. Digambar Jakkan and Ms. Supriya Saste along with HOD Prof. Deepthi Kulkarni. The innovative project of Team-Dynamics is 'Automatic Sun Tracking Solar Panel Mounting' which is used to convert Light energy to Electrical energy and generate the maximum amount of solar energy which can be used later for various applications. The single point of Contact (SPOC) of TAE is Mrs. Trupti Thite took efforts in this competition and was under the motivation and guidance of principal, Dr. Nilesh Uke along with Executive Director of KJEI Maj. Gen Sameer Kalla, VSM (Retd.). The Founder President Shri Kalyan Jadhav congratulated the team members on their success and wished them for the final round.

Value Added Program (VAP)

We trinity academy of engineering have arranged Values added program before starting for A.Y. 22-23 semester 1 syllabus. The aim of this Value added Program was to improve the skills of students, to provide students an understanding of the expectations of industry and to give an opportunity to students to develop inter-disciplinary skills.Value added program was conducted by various industry experts, students have participated in VAP very actively, they have also performed hands on practice on the topics and programs discussed and taught by Experts. Students have given Positive feedback on Every Session of this VAP.

Industrial Visit 2021-22 SEM I

Virtual Industrial Visit to GMRT,kODED,Ahmednagar,Maharashtra for SE-E&TC students was arranged on 28/2/2022.The Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope or the GMRT is the world's most sensitive radio telescope at its frequencies of operation and is used by astronomers from across the world. To explain the technology behind this wonderful instrument, the GMRT engineering team has put together a series of posters, each of them with a short audio explaining the poster. Astronomy is a fascinating subject where we learn about the various facets of our vast Universe. Here you can find information about various aspects of astronomy covering what it is, how it is done and where it is done.

Mr.Shubham Bijamwar from RajRajeswara PCB Manufacturing & Designing Nhare Pune conducted one-day workshops on “PCB Manufacturing & Designing” for TE E&TC student An objective of conducting a workshop for students is to learn the basics of PCB Designing in real world, Enhance the skills to take part in open source projects and community support. This workshop has benefited the students to understand about Basics of PCB designing and learn how actually manufacturing of PCB is done in company.

Workshop on “Automation using Arduino and IOT”

Mrs. Thite Trupti G. from TAE pune conducted one-day workshops on “Automation using Arduino and IOT” on 16th September 2019;for Diploma and PG E&TC student An objective of conducting a workshop for students is to learn the basics of Arduino and Internet of Things, Enhance the skills to take part in open source projects and community support. This workshop has benefited the students to understand about Arduino programming and some concept of automation. Following topics are covered in this workshop

Industrial Visit 2019-20 SEM I

The Industrial Visit was planned for E&TC Students on 31st August 2019 .We started with 25 students and 3 faculty members at 10.00 am from our college and reached in dolphin lab Narhe, Pune there at 11.00 pm. Mr. Chittaranjan Mahajan had welcomed us .Once we entered the company there was an Introduction Session arranged. In which Prof. Mayuresh Gulame had introduced our self to them. And Mr. Chittaranjan Mahajan gave us introduction about Dolphin lab and importance and value of E&TC engineering. They told the basic operation of Embedded System based on PIC, 8051, ARM, AVR, then showed out practically.

Farewell

Farewell ceremony for students was arranged on 11 April at 5:00 pm. The ceremony started traditionally with the lighting of lamp followed by the recital song saraswati vandana. The felicitation of all toppers was done by Dr. N.J.Uke. The occasion was graced by sharing their experience of TAE during 4 Yrs. From this year we opening new activity called ‘’SAUVENIIR” (something you keep to help you remember a special event) The session was also attended by principal, HOD, and faculty and staff members of TAE and TE students. After that student gave speeches.

Workshop on Industrial Automation

One day Workshop on Industrial Automation for TE and BE Students was conducted on 18th march 2019 Mr. Kunal Wakhare, Business Development Manager Sofcon India Pvt Ltd,Pune, India, conducted This Workshop. This workshop was organized by Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and E&TC Student Association(ENCORE), Mr. Kunal Wakhare provided Valuable Guidance about what are different business and career opportunities in Automation Industrial, he also explained the various other Technologies related to Automation Industrial such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, Motion Control, Servo Motors & Drives, DCS, Industrial Networking/Wireless technology, Process Instrumentation, AutoCAD

Industrial Visit 2018-19

The Industrial Visit was planned for E&TC Students 0n 15th feb to 17th feb 2019 to – PepsiCo - Roha Water Bottling Plant, India Mr Pradip Patil, Executive Engineer of PepsiCo - Roha Water Bottling Plant, India introduced all students, about PepsiCo - Roha Water Bottling Plant, India and how a compound of Hydrogen and Oxygen is a precious natural gift which is very essential for survival of mankind including animals The water used for potable purposes should be free from undesirable impurities. The water available from untreated sources such as Well, Boreholes and Spring is generally not hygienic and safe for drinking. Thus it is desirable and necessary to purify the water and supply under hygienic conditions for human drinking purpose.

Arduino Workshop

One day Workshop for SE, TE student of E&TC department on the topic “Arduino for Beginners” was organized on 31st March, 20l8. Mrs. Thite Trupti from Our department was the resource person. This Workshop has been organized with the motto of introducing arduino and its interfacing to beginners. In these Workshop different Hands on exercise is conducted by students under the guidelines of Trupti madam.Different Input ouput devices like LED ,LCD,Stepper Motor,Sensors are interfaced by students with Arduino.also student performed one Application of Counter using RFID.

Industrial Visit 2013-14

The Industrial Visit was planned for E&TC Students on 24rd March 2013 at High Power TV Transmitter,sinhgad Station .They started with 12 students and 2 faculty members at 10.30 am on their bikes as only vehicles are permitted to enter in pass section of Sinhgad Fort and reached there at 12.00 pm. Mrs. Vattamvar M.R. had welcomed us to T.V. transmitter station. Once they entered the company there was an Introduction Session arranged. In which Prof. Mayuresh Gulame had introduced himself to them. And Mrs.Vattamvar M.R. gave us introduction about high power transmitter station which was installed in 1972.They gave the basic operation of antenna, then showed how communication is carried out practically. Moreover they said about digital terrestrial transmitter (D.T.T.) which is to be installed very soon.

Industrial Visit 2016-17

The Industrial Visit was planned for E&TC Students on7 February 2016 to 14 February 2016 at Allain Duhangan Hydro Power Plant, Prini , Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.They started with 39 students and 2 faculty members at 9:00 am from pune railway station to kullu manali, Himachal pradesh Via Chandigarh. Mr. Jayprakash Dimman had welcome them to hydro power palnt. Once they entered the company there were an Introduction Session arranged. In which Prof. Mayuresh Gulame had introduced himself to them. And Mr. Jayprakash Dimman gave them introduction about AD hydro power palnt and how basically the 192 MW power is generated. Lastly all students gathered at the lawn in open area. Mr. Jayprakash Dimman had a Question- Answer session with students. Once they were out of the company we had lunch with enjoying snow fall and started to return journey.
