IQAC - KJCOEMR
The IQAC has been established as per the directives of NAAC in 2017. It plays very important role in deciding the policies of the institute. It functions for the development of the institute. It plans and monitors the activities of the institute. It enhance the teaching learning process and research in the institute It encourages the faculty for Innovative teaching learning process as well as it studies the SWOC of the institute and tries to overcome the weakness of the Institute .The plan is prepared by IQAC at the beginning of the semester and reviews the outcome at the end of the semester. The IQAC has following quality standards for the quality assurance process of the institute.
- To create quality conscious environment.
- Promote quality activities in academics and research.
- Motivate the teaching and non teaching staff to develop the professional skills.
- Conduct Career and skill oriented courses.
- Use of ICT and innovation methods in teaching.
- To inculcate social values among the students.
- Motivate the students to take part in Extra Curricular and extension activities.
- Collect the feedback from stake holders.
- Generate financial grants for research projects.
- To evaluate the activities conducted in the institute.
