About the Department

The department of Electronics and Telecommunication (E&TC) Engineering came into existence in 2009 by the approval of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi. The program has been affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.Department of Electronics & Telecommunication has maintained pace with the cutting edge technology through research, tie up with the industries, updated laboratories etc. Our Department is equipped with outstanding infrastructure and boasts of a unit of learned and dedicated faculty members who work with zeal and enthusiasm to provide a vibrant and optimum learning environment to the students. It help to acquire the skills which are required to excel in today’s competitive environment. Faculty and Students have published many research papers at National and International conferences and journals. Few of them received recognition awards. The department has established Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Student Branch, IETE Students’ Forum (ISF) and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Student Association (ETESA).Department has well-established library other than central library for easy and fast access to books, data sheets, project reports etc. In order to ensure high standards of education, the department has constantly upgraded itself by adding fully furnished and well-equipped laboratories to supplement the theory courses. The qualities inculcated into the students make them not only good engineers but good human beings also. We as E & TC Family believe in serious academic pursuit and encourage radical and original thinking which paves the way for creativity and innovative ideas for societal development.
