Answer: The candidate should be an Indian national and must have passed a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from institutions approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or from Central or State Government-approved institutions, or an equivalent institution, with at least 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Sections, and Persons with Disabilities categories within Maharashtra State). The candidate should also have passed a Bachelor's degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate degree course at the concerned university for which admission is being sought. Additionally, candidates must have obtained a qualifying score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, which should be valid for the current academic year. Alternatively, candidates who have obtained non-qualified marks in the GATE examination for the current academic year may be considered. For sponsored candidates, a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm, company, industry, educational or research institute, or any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field is required.
