The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MBA/MMS 2016 entrance exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education

MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2016 Application Procedure – Payment of Fee:-

The application fee has to be paid at the bank mentioned in the Challan generated online; cash through e-Challan as per schedule during working hours of the bank. The candidate can also pay the application fee online by Internet Payment, Credit/Debit Card for which the service charge will be applicable in addition to the application form processing fee

The application fee according to the categories is given in the following table:-

For Open Category Candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J & K Migrant candidates and NRI/foreign nationals/PIO/Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries Candidates

Rs. 1000

For Candidates of Backward Class Categories, [SC, ST, VJ/DT-NT (A), NT (B), NT (C), NT (D), OBC, SBC] and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only.

Rs. 800

Applications sent by Post/Courier etc., to ARCs/DTE office will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be made. Applicants should note that no documents are required to be submitted at this stage.

The Candidate has to submit and confirm the Online Application Form for CET through candidate login by himself/herself from the place convenient to him/her.

 

MAH-MBA/MMS CET Application Form Procedure - Points to note :-

1. Maharashtra and J & K migrant candidates applying for the All India seats are not required to pay extra fees. Such candidates are required to submit only one MAH CET Application Form as Maharashtra and J & K migrant candidate will be required to select the choice as interested to apply for All India seat.

2. All India candidates who have appeared for CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA and GMAT are also required to apply online.

 

3. If fees paid through Challan, Candidates will receive Receipt of Payment of  fees as “candidate’s copy”.  Candidates  are  required  to  produce  the receipt of  the  payment  of  fees  at  the  time  of confirmation of submission of CAP application form for admission at the ARC and therefore the candidates are instructed to carefully preserve the receipts of the payment for further use. 

4. All India candidates who wish to apply for admission through CAP only on the basis of percentile score of CAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT February, XAT, ATMA, against All India seats will have to compulsorily register for MAH CET. However the Hall Ticket for MAH CET shall not be issued to such candidates. Such candidates can take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference. 

5. Candidates  shall  be  asked  to  enter  preferences  for  the  CET  center,  as  per  the  seat availability CET centers shall be offered to the candidates. This directorate reserves the right of allocation of CET Centers to the candidate in unavoidable circumstances.

*Important Note:

1.  For availing Caste Scholarship benefit (ST/SC/OBC/NT/VJ)/ EBC benefit from social welfare department, it is compulsory that students should get allotted at TIMR through CAP round I and II of MAH MBA/MMSCET.

2.  MAH MBA/MMSCET application forms releases during month of January and February.

3.  MAH MBA/MMSCET exam is conducted in the month of March.

 

 

2.      AMMI CET 2015

Association of MBA/MMS Institutes (AMMI) conducts common entrance test for management quota seats and for those students who has missed MAH-MBA/MMS CET and CMAT examination, through which students become eligible to take admission at TIMR. 3.      CMAT

Registering for CMAT is a 3 Step process as mentioned below:

Step 1) Read Instructions and Self Registration: First time you will enter as NEW USER. Here you will read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and proceed. Now you need to do Self Registration. Here you need to enter few basic details. Please ensure you enter the correct details on this Self Registration form and verify it before you click on SUBMIT button on this page. Once you SUBMIT this page, you cannot edit any data entered on this page. Submitting this page will generate a unique 6 digit password. This password will be shown on your screen and will be sent to you via e-mail and sms.  From now onwards, whenever you wish to login to the registration portal, you will come as an EXISTING USER and login with your e-mail id and this unique 6 digit password. This completes your self registration

Step 2) Payment Process: You can do the payment in either of the two modes mentioned below

Mode i) ONLINE PAYMENT: You can select ONLINE PAYMENT mode and then do the payment using Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking

Once your payment is successfully done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once you have received the successful payment confirmation, you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process

Mode ii) CASH Payment in SBI bank: The Indian candidates can select this option to pay by CASH at any of the designated SBI bank branchonly for payment in Rs for appearing in test in India. Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with your details already filled in it. You need to take 3 PRINT OUTS of this CHALLAN, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies, and walk in to your nearest SBI bank branch located in India with CASH on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan generation

E.g. If you Generate and Print the Challan copies on 6th November, 2014, then walk in to the nearest SBI bank branch with Challan copies and CASH from 7th November, 2014 onwards. Similarly if you PRINT the CHALLAN copies on 7th November, 2014, then walk in to the nearest SBI bank branch with Challan copies and CASH from 8th November 2014 onwards.


NOTE -: The last date to pay CASH in bank is 6th January, 2015 and from there onwards to complete registration is 8th January, 2015.

In return to the CASH Deposit, the bank will give you one copy of CHALLAN with their stamp and a JOURNAL number written on it. Please ensure the JOURNAL number written is clearly visible before you leave the bank.

Now that you have deposited the CASH and got the acknowledgement CHALLAN, you need to wait for 48 hours. In these 48 hours, your payment will get updated in the registration portal.

You will receive an e-mail and SMS confirming that your payment data has got updated in the registration portal. Then you need to re login to the portal proceed with the remaining part of registration process

Step 3) Now that you are done with the payment, you need to fill the remaining part of the form. Once you have filled the complete form, we suggest you once again check the complete data entered by clicking on VIEW/MODIFY button. Clicking on VIEW/MODIFY button will allow you to modify your data in case you want to modify

Once you are sure that all the data entered is accurate, click on Proceed button. There you will have to confirm by ticking a check box that "I have checked all the entries filled in by me and found them correct" and click on SUBMIT. After SUBMIT, you need to accept a declaration and click on I Agree. The system will re-confirm to you for SUBMIT. Once you confirm, your form will get finally SUBMITTED and no change in the data is possible after this SUBMIT

You will see a message on your screen stating “Thank you for successfully registering for the AICTE CMAT February 2015 exam. Please login from 30th January, 2015 onwards to download your exam ADMIT CARD. For latest updates, please visit www.aicte-cmat.in

Here you can click on PREVIEW button to view your filled form.

If you wish, you can PRINT your filled form and keep a copy with you for reference

This completes the registration process

*Important Note:

1.  CMAT application forms tentatively releases during month of August (Test-I) and November (Test-II).
